Artwork and Image Rights

All original artwork, illustrations, designs, characters, graphics, photographs, product images, prints, digital images, videos, animations, and other visual content displayed, offered, or sold through the Service (“Artwork”) are owned by MayneArt or used by MayneArt under license and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing or receiving a Product, print, digital file, or other item containing Artwork transfers ownership only of the particular physical item or expressly identified digital copy purchased. It does not transfer any copyright, trademark, reproduction right, commercial-use right, or other intellectual-property interest in the Artwork. No license is granted except the limited personal-use license expressly stated in these Terms.

Without MayneArt’s prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, download, capture, scan, trace, redraw, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display, distribute, transmit, sell, license, sublicense, manufacture, print, mint, tokenize, or otherwise exploit any Artwork, in whole or in part, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

You may not use any Artwork:

1. on merchandise or products offered for sale or distribution;
2. in advertising, branding, logos, promotions, or other commercial materials;
3. to create substantially similar artwork, designs, characters, or products;
4. in connection with non-fungible tokens, blockchain assets, or similar digital products;
5. to train, develop, fine-tune, test, validate, or provide prompts, reference images, datasets, or inputs for artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, image-generation, or other automated systems; or
6. through scraping, crawling, automated downloading, image harvesting, or dataset compilation.

You may not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, signature, watermark, attribution, metadata, or other rights-management information associated with the Artwork. Any authorized use must be documented in a separate written license signed or otherwise expressly approved in writing by MayneArt.

MayneArt reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms. Unauthorized use of the Artwork may violate these Terms and applicable intellectual-property laws.
